Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must not use our services if you are outside the UK at the time of your consultation or order.
All patients must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any prescription is issued. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and termination of your account.

Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical judgement of our prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers may request additional information, recommend alternative treatments, or decline to prescribe where clinically appropriate.

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your card will be charged upon submission of your order. If our prescriber does not approve your prescription following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier service to your specified UK delivery address.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once the package has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or controlled medications. We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the patient.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of pharmaceutical products.
In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to prescription medicines once the prescription has been dispensed. Refunds for approved orders will only be considered where there is a dispensing error or a product is received damaged or faulty.
